Earning a Customer First Award for Excellence means dealerships must constantly work towards and achieve impressive goals in each of the five core pillars of customer service. In order to win this award, we had to start with our facility, making sure we had a comfortable and clean space for customers to look at cars and talk with our Jeep dealers. And speaking of those dealers, everyone on our staff helped us meet not only the highest level of the sales goals set by FCA US, but service goals as well. Not only that, but we all participated in FCA-certified training to meet the training pillar of the award requirements. To ensure we really had a customer-centric model here, employees were all surveyed by FCA US. And to round out the requirements for the certification, FCA US representatives validated that our processes are indeed excellent in the realm of customer service.
