This year marks the 23rd time the research firm Strategic Vision has collected survey results and used them to evaluate new vehicles and rank them in their Total Quality Impact (TQI) report. The TQI report is based on responses to a New Vehicle Experience Study from over 42,000 owners of new vehicles. The surveys filled out by new car owners not only addressed problems with the models during the first 90 days of ownership, but also the owners’ thoughts and evaluations of their new ride’s quality. So the TQI report wasn’t just based on problems – or lack of problems – in new cars, but also considered elements like the excitement of the drive experience, reliability, and the emotional response of drivers to their vehicle.
Taken all together, the TQI report is a great measure of the success of a new vehicle. Which is why it’s so exciting to us here at your North Haven Jeep® Dealership, that the 2017 Jeep Wrangler came out on top of the Entry SUV category. Over the past three years, that title has been won by the Jeep Wrangler four-door SUV, but this year it was unseated…by the 2017 Jeep Wrangler two-door edition. S
enior Vice President of Strategic Vision, Christopher Chaney, explained that not only does a lack of problems help propel a vehicle towards the top of the rankings, “but getting things right and presenting innovative experiences that people love has a great impact.” And of course, it’s easy to see from the data that the Jeep Wrangler does just that.
If you’re ready for a new vehicle that will give you a quality experience all around, Executive Jeep in North Haven, CT is just a quick trip for drivers from New Haven and Branford, CT. New Jeep models all have a special quality to them that has ensured their popularity for years. And as the TQI report proves, the 2017 Jeep Wrangler has the total quality drivers deserve.
